Unwelcomed guests? Something creepy, crawly or just don't know what it is?

We offer several services to meet your pest needs. Every home and situation is different which means some prices may vary. Most pricing is based on homes up to 1,400 sq ft so be sure to give us a call so we can see how we can best rid you of your unwelcomed guests.

General Pest Control Services:
One-Time General Pest Service $165
Initial Service for Maintenance Plans $165
- Monthly Service $60
- Bi-Monthly Service $80
* Includes: Ants, Earwigs, Spider Control, Exterior Cockroaches, & Wasp removal up to 12ft

**Bait Station can be added on to maintenance services at an additional cost for exterior rodent control but is not advised without first making sure your home has is void of entry points where possible.

Rodent Control, Exclusion & Trapping:
Inspection: $50 (This acts as a deposit, if exclusion and/or trapping work is approved the inspection fee will be put towards the price of the work.
Exclusion: During your inspection we will inspect all accessible areas of the home and give you a detailed report with a diagram and photos showing you all possible entry points found and how we plan to resolve them for you.
Trapping: The final step in the process is in the trapping. Most of the time we are able to eliminate the rodent issues (as long as all entry points have been sealed) within a few weeks. We will set traps and return once a week for three weeks to remove and reset traps (unless you notify us sooner that we've got one in which we will be out sooner).

Gopher Control:
Something tearing up your yard? Give us a call! Like our rodent inspections we do charge a $50 inspection fee but this will go towards the trapping if you decide to allow us to help you with your problem. All yards are different and with differing levels of severity so allow us to come and see what we can do for you.
Our Process: We use trapping methods which on our first visit we will start with the most recent areas of activity, raking down the existing new and old mounds to insure when we return for the follow-up visit we can easily identify any new activity to make sure we're working in the most optimal area for your gopher's Final Pestination. We general will set an initial trapping with three follow-up visits once a week for three weeks.
